Addictive!

You're a good programmer, PG. So I can't say anything bad about it really. After playing the sample hole for the sequel on your site, it seems you are a good animator as well. Shame you didn't put anything like that on this one.
There isn't really a lot to comment on this that isn't really obvious. So this will probably be my shortest review ever. But there was one fault I found in the game. On hole 8 I managed to get the ball stuck in the wood and was unable to get it out. It's only a minor problem, and it will probably never happen again to anyone. Can't wait for the second one.

This is much more impressive than the first two!

You changed the intro! I loved that old intro! On the whole, this was funnier and much more impressive than the first two. Much better quality animation, especially the gratuious violence machine! This ending is so much better than the other one. If there's an ending on Death Unto Bulbasaur then I haven't seen it but I definately want to. The old ending was copied straight from the game but this is all your own work.
The soundtrack I have loved from all three of the series. It all fits in perfectly with the animation. Good work!

Better than the first

The intro captured me again, just like the first. It could have been so much more than just two options. The music goes well with the movie overall especially on the ending, which I might add, was failry humourous.
There could have been a lot more action. I'm taking more blood and guts and stuff. Also why didn't you call it Death Unto Ivysaur instead of Make Me Die Pokemon I when it clearly isn't the first. Death Unto Bulbasaur was.

Why's it called PAPAP?

I like to see retro games brought back to life in new and original ways. There were interesting rules and the power swat is very well programmed.
I thought the round time was a bit too long and I got bored. Maybe if you got to choose the round time? And a difficulty level wouldn't have gone amiss either. Looking at Taipan, it would seem well within your capabilities to make a tournament out of this agains different coloured paddles.
The two player mode is a great add-on because it's the only way i can win!

Challenging

It took me a while to get to grips with the game. Maybe put some deeper, fuller instrucions. The game istelf is very well programmed. Variables used well and a money system makes it look really advanced. The two options to start with aren't very fair in respect. The easiest is definately the first one as with no gun drones you are forever dumping cargo and loosing large amounts of money.
The bigger fights come with more money but also a lot of slowdown. One of the 40+ battles I waited 5 minutes before I won. Once you get going the game gradually gets easier until it's just about getting that last ship and a million quad cannons. I would definately make that last fight harder. Some of the pirate fights are more challenging than that. If the game included some voice acting in the taverns and for the money lender that would have definately improved the score. Can't wait for Drifter!

Good concept, love the intro

I don't know why but that introduction is amazing.
It's a great idea but I hope your not going to make a movie to kill every pokemon. That would really clog up the Portal. Two options isn't really enough, and i would have put some more fundamental deaths instead of the most specific things you can think of. That picture of him after the insect swarm is incredible, and I love that intro!

To doodytheclownfan. This movie was made months before Malapas Challenge was even concieved. So asking him to have done the sequel instead kind of defeats the purpose of the whole thing.
